Hello all,
I have a Norcent pt4235 42" ED plasma.
I know its as no-name as they get.
It works perfectly except for one very annoying problem.
When im watching SDtv, and theres a bright area and if the camera pans left or right, the screen tears, there is a line that runs horizontally starting from a point at the bright area.
It seems to happen more often if i am in zoom or wide mode compared to just 4:3 mode but it will still happen in 4:3 mode.
Does anyone know what this is?
Is it dirty power from my wall?
What can i do to fix it please!
It doesnt seem to happen watching DVDs. or almost never anyways.
The TV is 6months old and has done it from the beginning and it happened to my new one after i exchanged the first one.
