I have an opportunity to fill some extra space in the wife's gym and I am considering a pin. I have been looking at a Twilight Zone machine from BMI gaming and began to wonder about the overall space requirements for this huge machine. I know the legs come off and I think the back glass folds down but what are the dimensions of this machine at its smallest. I would hate to hear "I told you so" as I am trying to fit this into a door way that it won't fit through. Any additional advice for a first timer/pin-table-virgin will also be gratefully accepted and appreciated.

250 pounds, backbox is 28 3/4 wide and the lower cabinet is 24 3/4 wide.
That's all I could find on the Internet, as I don't own a TZ....yet.

Found a little more on the size. The weight on this seems more accurate. I'd say it'd be around 300+ pounds, but the dimensions seem right. Got this off the Internet also.....
Backbox is 29" wide, game is 26", without the legs, height is 34", and
length is 54".. Weight is around 330 (hope you are feeling strong)
Thanks for the info. I am having trouble convincing the wife to allow me to spend $4k+ on a Pin Table. She also is not happy about giving up the required space in her gym to allow me and a few friends to spend the time I know I will playing. I think I am going to head in a completely different direction.
I already have a terrific catalog of MAME Roms and think I will just buy a 26in flat panel LCD, mount it to the wall above a SlikStick or similar 2-player arcade like joystick, and build a dedicated PC to just run the MAME application. Nothing fancy, but enough to relive the joy I felt 20+ years ago when I walked into an arcade with a pocket full of quarters. Now I just need to figure out what processor speed/RAM/video card would give me the biggest bang for my buck.

I'd love a MAME cabinet. Good luck, you'll have fun with the project and finished toy!
I'm on the hunt for a TZ myself. :)
I had my eye on one at BMI gaming, you can find them on the web. I have not purchased from them but after a few conversations with their sales staff, they are knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in getting you what you are looking for.

You might want to follow this link...Google Pinball (http://groups.google.com/group/rec.games.pinball/browse_thread/thread/8e35cbe481caaba4/b1f9aee3dee67986#b1f9aee3dee67986)
 I had no idea. Man this forum just paid for itself. I can't thank you enough for the heads up. Maybe I can put the pinball back on the table, pun intended, as his prices are not only more reasonable prices, but York PA is within driving distance from me.
