Anybody know where I can download an image of a home theatre connection 'map', to show where all of the cables should be connected to?

The best I have seen is from RAM, an AVS Forum Alliance Member. If you click on their link above, on the far right side of their website in the black bar, there is a "how to" link. Click on the "Main Help Page" and there is tons of information. It's awesome. There products are pretty damn good too!
