Ceiling Mount A CRT.

After ceiling mounting my XG The image is sill not center to the screen a bit to the left. I have tried laser line and all kinds of procedures to center it to the screen, is there something I am missing?

If you used the same signal to center the rasters you shouldn't have any issue.

I'll repeat. Are your rasters centered, and is the active image area centered in that? If you have sources with different porches, you may have to create a memory block for each to get them perfect if you have no overscan dialed in.

You've measured to be sure the projector is centered to the screen. Have you triple-checked that the projector is SQUARE to the screen? If it's rotated slightly to the left, that would point the image to the left.

There are several ways to make sure your pj is square -- strings/wires from the front corners to the corners of the screen, or (my favorite) sight along a line on the projector that you KNOW is parallel with the CRT faces (e.g. the mounting feet, or the case on some models), and see where the sightline hits the side walls. Measure from the screenwall to where the sightline hits both walls. The distance should be the same.
