I just got an Email from VB mag with the following article regarding late delivery of both formats. I am neutral since I own a PS3 and HD2 but I posted this on the Blu-Ray section because I feel it might be a bigger issue for this format since duplication is more difficult and yields are lower. That is not saying that HD will not have issues as the article states. What would happen if demand was great? How many duplicators are available for each format?

It seems that the biggest delay is for "Winged Migration" It has been delayed according to Amazon CA. Dec. 2025.

Looks like the delay is with the wholesalers. This is a good reason to go with Amazon or direct from the publisher.

If the demand was higher wholesalers would pay to get the product delivered in on time. I have been all over town and have not spotted a copy of Happyfeet on Blu-ray anywhere. The standard def edition is everywhere! I can get a copy at the drug store if I wanted to. This is the price we pay for being cutting edge.
