Since FOX pulled there releases seems like bluray has slown down alittle on new releases in 2 weeks Bluray gets 2 movies HD-DVD already has. Any news on when the fox titles will be released. Why does fox release Night at the Museum but not the other titles? they would have the same copy protection? and if thats what they are worried about A popular movie like night at the muesum would be probably copied more. then a smaller fox movie

It's because day and date titles are so important. By holding it back, they would lose a lot of sales. Holding back catalog titles a few months would cost them hardly any sales of those titles, but not releasing a recently popular movie would be costly. With the catalog titles, they may actually get more sales later due to more players.

However, that doesn't explain why Borat was not released. Maybe they have some plot to push me away by only releasing titles I don't want. ;)

I was quite content buying Borat on SD....

I had no interest in seeing that in HD....
