Hi,

Thought I'd toss this out to see if I could get some good suggestions.

I'm going to be getting a Soundbridge or Squeezebox one of these days - but it's going to be located in one of two crappy spots: a cramped kitchen or a formal dining room with new furniture that the wife doesn't want cluttered up with speakers.

I'm looking for the best that I can get for about 100-150 bucks - obviously nothing that'll be audiophile quality, just something that's not totally suckful.

I've looked at the higher end computer speakers on the shelves at Best Buy. I hate to say, but the closest I can get to something aesthetically speaking and sounded about the best was this Bose set:

I've also heard good things about these Klipsch:

One of my requirements is to have a physical volume control (i.e., something that's not remote control only) and to hopefully have some at least BASIC treble and bass capabilities.

Any other thoughts? As I mentioned, aesthetics are pretty important, especially if I try to hide this in the dining room somewhere...

Thanks.
