Well season 6 started off with the usual high intensity. If only this show was in HD life would be perfect. Really glad Forrest reprised his role from last season as Cavanaugh. Seems like this season will be darker and even more dramatic for the actors, especially Shane. Vic is Da Man!!
BTW: Is this the last season it will air? If there is another thread devoted to this show, sorry I couldn't find it.

There will be a Season 7, but that will be the final one. From an article I read, they will begin filming this June.

HD would be fantastic, but I would even take this show in letterbox widescreen like FX does Rescue Me. Don't know if that's possible given the herky-jerky nature of the camerawork.

Luckily this show only has around 10 minutes of commericals per hour. Spike seems to play the reruns of this show with a lot more commercials. Does this mean they are cutting out some of the show?

I love this show, I've been renting it on dvd and so far I just finished season 2.

Enjoy, can't think of a 'bad season' and this one is going for it right out the gate. The 21-gun salute was indeed noteworthy, great scene.

thank God for dvd as I would have gone insane with all the commercials.
