What service menu settings are used to adjust grayscale for a samsung hlr? Is it just the sub contrast and sub brightness? Or are there others?
Thanks

Thanks Michael TLV 04-07-07, 07:25 PM Greetings Stuff called rgb contrast coefficient ... and rgb brightness coeff Regards jma9 04-08-07, 08:31 PM search google for grayscale adjustments for samsung dlp. there is a good article from sencore about how to do it. jma9 04-19-07, 12:30 AM i have been working on my hlr and have found that setting the gamma to 0, turning off dNIe, using movie mode, and tweaking the Cinema CCA produce nearly spot on results. the cuts and gains are the ones in the dNIe menu marked c and b coeffcient (there are set to 128) i believe. to be honest i didn't have to touch them. |
