One complain that many people still have about 1080P FP is there low lumens. Canon's use of of JVC's older generation LCOS showed what they could do with lumens. Is there any possibility Canon will get the new chips? RS1 performance with double the lumens, and for the greedy a static iris to double the On/Off CR at half the lumens (which would still be reasonable considering what some projectors put out). That seems to be the last hurdle that is keeping a few of us off the 1080P bandwagon.
