Well I just tested a backup of my terminator BD movie on BDRE and it worked just fine , but the exact same burn on a Sony 25GB BD-R disc would not be recognized by it. I don't have another BD player so I can't test it elsewhere.

My question or perhaps an ongoing discussion is what BD-R media has anyone been successful with (BD-R not BD-RE) that worked in a 1.60 PS3.

Sony and TDK BD-RE media both work for me.

I have yet to acquire BDR media.
