Looking at the site from monoprice to pick up some speaker cable. In all likelyhood...looking at 12 awg. A few of the items have been sold out for a bit...but I am curious about the difference between..

I like using the in wall speaker cable from home depot. The 12 AWG stuff has a green outer shield. A little warning it is not that flexible though.

check out riteav.com they have good stuff that is in stock for better prices. they ship very quickly too.

QUALITY cable at very reasonable prices. Compare the 12g Blue Jean cable to 12g Monster Cable. It's laughable how much better the quality is of the Blue Jean Cables.

The difference between the in-wall rated and unrated cable is that the building inspector would not allow you to use the non-rated cable if you install it inside walls. The reason is that the outer jacket of the non-rated cable is too flammable, and could serve as a conduit for a fire from one place to another in a building.

I can second the recommendation for bluejeans.
