I am going to upgrade my graphic card. I believe it is AGP. Can some recommend a good graphics card for video editing under $400.00. I am not much of a gamer, but am looking for something primarly for video. Dual monitor would be nice, but not manditory.

Also, are there any capture cards/graphic cards out that can capture from DVI or HDMI? I was wondering if it would be possible to run HDMI out from say, the HV20 and use an adapter (HDMI-DVI) to capture the video at 1920 x 1080.
