Has anyone used this type of screen with the JVC-RS1?
Hopefully the link below works.

It would be nice to hear how the PQ is with this type of screen and if it would be worth the expense.
Thanks.

I havent seen it, but I have been told by local dealers it is pricey and overrated.
I viewed the Planar XScreen recently and my experience was that in low ambient light and dark conditions it looked nice, but in bright ambient light it was a far cry from delivering the plasma-like image that some reviewers and owners of it claimed. I have not seen a Visage, but expect it would perform similarly, judging by this review:

These two screens may be better in bright ambient light than many other screens, but they still have too much of a washed out image to justify the high price. Do you have bright ambient light, or low ambient light?
I'm currently evaluating RS1s and Rubys for a future purchase, and plan to get a Da-Lite High Power to make the image more watchable in ambient light. Read Tryg's review of the High Power in the Screen forum if you haven't already.
Most of viewing will be a night.... expect for 12 hours of NFL Sunday ticket!
There are two windows and one glass door on the exterior wall of the room, we have California Style shutters on all of these openings so the room is fairly dark even during daylight hours with these shutters closed.
I and just trying to look at all options before we decide what to do.
Thanks for the help.
