can someone help on my TOSHIBA RD-XS35.after a few hours of being on it powers off,cant seem to find out why its doing this....anyone know is there something wrong with this unit.

Check the set-up menu. Sounds like a power-off setting has been set. If it happens while you are using it, then there is something wrong with the unit. well im using it while I watch satellite I have it going through my toshiba for recording purposes,IM new to this system,but I must have touched something when i was trying to learn this very hard unit but thx for your help would you know where to look,i think i have checked every menu this unit has. rgazzara 04-10-07, 10:48 PM Someone with direct experience with the XS-35 will have to answer that. ooofest 04-10-07, 11:40 PM Pg. 28 of the US manual (.pdf): Note on watching TV with TV Guide On Screen If you leave the recorder turned on without executing any action for about 3 hours, a message will appear on the TV asking you want to continue watching TV. If you want to continue watching TV, press ENTER.
