It looks incredible with an image, but I was expecting a darker screen during blackouts and I'm wondering if it's below spec.
Odd, but it also looks different than the black on my AE900.
On the latter it looked like the pj just didn't go fully black, but on the RS1 it looks like the screen is illumuminated by moonlight. I have a high window at the back of my room and I kept looking for the moon.
Anyway, anyone have the proper equipment who would measure CR for me, my place or yours? I'm in Silicon Valley.
Food/drink of your choice is on me.
[edit] The HDMI level is set to Normal (I think it's called), not Enhanced, and I did run the Brightness all the way down to get the blackest possible black.
