All I can see are 2 US Central Lobbies and an Australia Lobby, but I live on the east coast, what gives? Is this just me> Do others have access to other lobbies?

That should be all you see. Sometimes there is a third US lobby when it gets busy I believe.

The "central" you see is not indicative of timezone.
Just means central meeting place.
