View Full Version : Marquee 8000 horiz keystone

I have a Marquee 8000, and I've been trying to find a way to correct the horizontal keystone geometry (it's slightly "narrower" top-to-bottom on the left side), but can't seem to find any adjustments that allow me to change it. The standard adjustments allow vertical keystone and top/bottom pincushioning, but no combination of adjustments can fix the my keystone issue.

I have the projector mounted on the ceiling with the mount bracket in the studs, so moving the projector would be a huge project (and may not be possible off-stud, it's very heavy!).

Are there any Marquee experts out there who know the trick to fixing the horizontal keystone?

Hello

Must advise full magnetic alignment and confirm rasters are centered all three tubes. Interim measure is to go into Service Green Converge (CONV, 5, 0901, Interpolated) and fix it in interpolated green followed by converging red/blue as usual.

Awesome! I knew there was something I was missing (never noticed the "service" option in CONV before, how unobservant am I!)

Thanks Tim!

There is no horizontal convergence control in a Marquee. (Not sure about Ultras, though.)
It is standard practice to make that adjustment in convergence.
