I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this (moderator, please re-route as necessary) but I got this in the email today as I subscribe to the CPSC (U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission) recalls mailing list:
Flat Panel TV Tilt-Mount Brackets Recalled by Circuit City Stores Inc. Due to Risk of Falling Units
http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml07/07155.html
About 9,000 of the "Verge" brand name flat-panel tilt-mount brackets imported and sold by Circuit City have been recalled due to the bracket's lock bar which could unfasten, causing the TV to fall.
Note: I do not own the said product; I'm just passing the news along from CPSC that I receive.
Regards,
David
