Do you think we'll see a Day & Date release on HD-DVD? I certainly hope so!

I would love to get all of the seasons in HD, hopefully this one is a day & date and they play catch up either prior or right after with season 1 & 2..

I don't plan on re-buying seasons 1 & 2 on HD. I would buy a D&D release of season 3 on HD, however.

They are doing it with Heroes, so I really hope they do it with BSG S3.

I will buy all seasons on HD-DVD they offer and dump my NTSC & PAL box sets I currently have.

I wouldnt plan on seeing 3 until then end of the year at soonest all I have seen is a release of season 1 and that is at the end of the year......

EDIT: OOPS, My Bad-Its September, which was the end of the list, NOT end of the year. I still doubt S3 will come out this year.

I wonder how good these will look on HD-DVD, the show has that slightly grainy blown out contrast look. The HiDef version on universal isn't really that stellar ( alot better than the Scifi channel).

Do you think they'll do these with DD+? TrueHD isn't on any of UNIs discs.

I'm pretty sure they'll do this right. Since techies and BSG audience are pretty much the same crowd.

Ah, thanks for that. I guess I missed that posting... first time I've seen the "Season One" confirmed. Plus -- doing the dorky happy dance here -- The Last Starfighter! :)

I agree, if they're just getting to Season 1 in Sept., there's no way that we're getting to 3 soon.

The sound track on the DVDs were pathetic in todays standard. I hope they gut the whole sountrack and start over with Dolby True-HD! That would nice! Hey Universal if your listening, Dolby True-HD Please! :)
