I generally like the classy looking XMB background and the color changing based on the date has been pretty cool. But for about the past week the color scheme has been butt-ugly. It's like grayish snot-green on the bottom, fading into red on the top. Ugg!

Quibbling I know. Sorry, I just had to get that off my chest.

There's no excuse as to why Sony couldn't integrate custom backgrounds in their previous updates.
