Problem with Motorola 3412 DVR HD Box!
Ever since about a month or so ago when my Comcast 3412 got a new firmware update I have been having a problem with recording. Here's the deal when ever I set a recording if I leave the cable box on the channel that I will be recording a message pops up and says that my hard drive is 100% full when in fact I know its only 30% full.The only way I can set a recording and have it work is if I leave the cable box on a different channel then I am taping.
I called up comcast and they were no help. All they said is they can send out a tech to my house. So what I would like to know from you guys is are any of you having this problem and do you think if I went to the comcast store and switched cable boxes would that fix it? Or does every 3412 have this issue?
