I searched but I couldn't find an answer, does anyone know where to function is to clear/erase IR?

I've been watching ESPN2 for a looooooonng time and I'm worried that the logo on the bottom is going to get stuck on the screen.

I read in a thread a few weeks ago about an option to clear any IR burns. I can't find the option anywhere :(
