when they come out to hook up my new high def box from direc tv......and put my new dish up......will they be able to use the same cable that ran to my old non HD box?? thanks...

They probably will run new cable, unless you ask them to reuse the old one.

If the cable is RG-6 they will probably (should) inspect it, and if it is all right, they will use it.
