Whats the main diffrence? What would somebody notice between the two besides the fact that one is a box and the other cylinder.

My guess is yes.

I believe the box is tuned lower, therefore will go deeper.

but the cylinder is easier to move, and believe me, you're gonna have to move the sub to find the best location. unless there's two of you guys to move the box around, I suggest the cylinder.

So deeper bass.

both are perfect for your room, IMO not too loud actually (but that's just me being a bass freak)

have you emailed SVS? they should be better able to explain the differences
