Just recently received the motorola dct 6416 from Time Warner in LA. The issue is the cable box mutes all programming when the DVR is operating. Any channel i try to watch or any pre-recorded show will not have any sound and the mute icon appears on the screen. I've tried every menu and i know it's not the TV's mute function because i can change that one. Any ideas would be appreciated.
