I've got a Pioneer Elite Pro-1140HD and whenever I watch NGHD and the programming switches to a 4:3 SD picture or commercial. I will see some scan lines at the very top of my plasma.

Does anyone get this? Is this just something with NGHD?

Do you notice the problem with any other 4:3 programming? You should be able to use the picture placement controls on your TV to move the image up a little, which would hide the scan lines.
