My brothers sub has caught a cold. When plugged in it still functions but has a continuous tick. Witch I have traced back the the pre-amp board that has 2 burned but functioning transistors at u16 and u14. Can a person purchase the pre-amp board. If so at what cost?

I have heard of the tick,I had two subs(notVelo)suffer from this...

I would contact Velodyne. They would be the best start.
