My video card has a DVI Out and my LCD TV has a HDMI IN, is all I need is a DVI/HDMI cable connection for this to work?

What about the audio, do I need a PC audio cable?

Most TVs have a set of analog audio input jacks beside the HDMI connector specifically to accomodate this type of usage. Look to see if you have a similar setup on your TV. If so, just cable the analog stereo audio from your PC into the your TV, and you should be all set.
