Newbie question. I checked out a Toshiba HD crt set a week ago that was hooked up to rabbit ears (!) in the store. Every 2 minutes or so, the picture froze for a second or two & then sort of jumped forward. I figured that maybe it was because a golf tournament was on (in HD) & sports are sometimes broadcast on a slight delay & there was a problem with the recording device being used. Went back to take a second look, but same problem popped up, more frequently, on different station, Seinfeld rerun, non HD.
Can someone tell me if this is typical of digital broadcasts (both HD & SD), or if the problem is probably the set? Also, anyone know if this is more likely to occur with one set brand than another? Thnx.

Poor reception because of rabbit ears...would not happen with a good signal.
