I'm looking for a wireless way to connect the HTPC in my spare bedroom to the TV in my master bedroom and sound system. I am interested in streaming HD video as well as many audio CDs I have stored on the HTPC.

This Media Player seems to do what I need. HD video and Audio streamed over a wireless network. Although...I could run a CAT5 if I need to. D-Link 320RD (http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=387) http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=387

Anyone have experience with this product or a similar one? I don't want to plop down 200 bills and find out it doesn't do what I want. I am mostly interested in recording HD OTA Shows on the HTPC (doing this already) and playing those recorded shows on my 720p LCD or 1080i Plasma...posibly both in the future.

The 320RD is limited to 480p. D-Link does have the 510 & 520, which will do HD, but I don't have experience with them. The Apple TV will do HD resolution, but is limited in bit rate to ap. 5mbps, which won't even look as good as DVD.

Which ever way you go, run the cable; wireless streaming will always give problems.
