I have a WD-Y65 that is 1 month old. I have an audio component that will not turn off with net command. I have called Mitsubishi 5 times and been promised a software upgrade within 2 days and still haven't received it. The first time I called, I had a problem with my remote and they replaced it quickly, but this software upgrade is beginning to really tick me off. Has anybodyelse had similar problems?? :mad:
