Hi,
I love this TV, have had it for a few years and replaced one lamp, very easy to do, I am not mechanical at all and I did it.
I moved it about 700 miles, packed in its original box, well padded but still....
hooked it back up and the left speaker has a static sound out of it...not too big a deal but the red color is missing. I knew something was wrong but could not figure out what it was at first, then I realized the red was missing so I went to poker where I knew I would see the red cards and sure enough...NO RED.
Any suggestions or is the color wheel broken and if so how much is cost. I am so bummed!
