Hi. I just got this remote maybe two weeks ago with my new DVR system. All of a sudden tonight the remote has just completely stopped responding. The red LED doesn't even light when a button is pressed.

It wasn't dropped, wet or damaged in any way. Just a sudden thing. I also tried to change the batteries.

Any suggestions?
