Display is going to be Panasonic AE1000U. I've been pleased with my 981, but the XA2 has gotten fine reviews for its SD-DVD playback. I've not seen it myself. Do you have any PAL or non-region 1 discs? None of the HD-DVD units will play those. If you use burned media, I would research the XA2 support for them carefully. -Bill |
