How is roadrunner set up? Is it through a hard line? The website says they do it through a cable box or something. I have standard cable service in the apartment I am going to be moving in to, but no high speed internet jacks, can I get Roadrunner? Or do I have to do wireless?

You do not "have" to go wireless.

You can also go with a router (modem to router), then use a powerline adapter to use your home's electrical wiring to send RR internet anywhere in the house. Requires [at least] 2 adapters. I have wireless devices and powerline devices all running off the same router.
