Seriously, they are freaking terrible. My Lamp went out on my WD-57331 last night, which pisses me off to no end because the TV is only five months old. But to make betters worse, no one seems to want to answer the damn phone at their warrenty parts services dept, I have been trying to get a hold of these guys for over five hours now and no one wants to answer. I even stayed on the line for 45 minutes listening to their cheesy elevator Muzik with no answer. Simply pathetic.
