Well we have all answered the questions what movies are we looking forward to?

Star Wars, LOTR, etc etc. Its a little redundant. But what really bad or cheesy movies (that actually do have a chance of coming out someday) are you looking forward to?

Im hoping for both Anaconda 1 and 2, Snakes on a plane, and maybe Grandmas Boys or the Cave. We all have some bad movies we love. What are some of yours?

Please Please Please let Black Dog be available on BD soon.

Randy Travis + Meatloaf + Patrick Swayzee couldn't make a better movie than this.

Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man. Mickey Rourke and Don Johnson playing two has been while in fact they were turning into has beens. This is a good buddy movie. They showed real buddy chemistry unlike many movies today.

I used to own that on VHS. I'd buy it in BD for sure.

Not a great movie by any means but I'd like to see War of the Worlds with True HD or DTS MA. I love the audio in that film.

How about The Stupids? I'd buy that just to witness the encounter with "the Lloyd" in the planetarium at 1080p and to hear "I'm my own grandpa" in uncompressed PCM.

Haha. My dad's favorite movie! Pretty damn good movie too.

Umm... I'll throw out a list of some movies that got panned:

Joe Dirt
Dirty Work
Zoolander
UHF

I'm sure I'm missing a few.

Zoolander is a great one. I have poster of that in my living room signed by the whole cast. It is a very underated movie.

Lol you guys have a good list. In Harley davidson and the marlboro man the scene when they need to jump in to the pool from the roof of the casino is priceless. joshd2012 I forgot about Dirty Work and add Men at work with Charley Sheen and Emilio Estevez. I like that movie for some reason. Goatspeed you should of held on to that VHS, that could of been some kind of relic some day lol.

Tango & Cash Is Great!!

Remember early in the movie when Stallone fires his gun at the truck and cocaine pours out? The Cop standing on top of the truck yells out:

"Who does that idiot think he is, Rambo?"

That scene gets me laughing every time I see it.

Goonies... a bad movie? Here's a bad movie: Cabin Boy.

When my wife and I were dating I took her to see Cabin Boy. (I am a Chris Elliott Fan)

Anyway, whenever I complain about a movie being bad she always brings up Cabin Boy, I think she would consider it to be one of the worst movies that we have ever seen.

FWIW, Goonies is a must buy for me, we love that movie and hope to share it with our children one day. (still a little young yet)

Cabin Boy is actually one of my brother's favorites (and strangely he has really good taste in movies usually). If BV did release it, I'd pick it up for him in 2 seconds. :)

Harley Davidson & the Marlboro Man sounded absolutely incredible on Laserdisc. In the openning scene when Mickey Rourke starts up his bike, it's stunning. Hopefully it will sound as good on an uncompressed PCM track. The DVD didn't sound half as good as the Laserdisc version

I'd love to get Hot Shots! Part Deux in HD. I guess I wouldn't call it bad in the traditional sense; it is a parody after all, so it's supposed to be stupid. But that's what comes to mind when I think of bad movies that I love to death.

W/O a doubt, HD and the Marlboro Man!!! Is this scheduled? Which studio owns this one? I'd buy this title in a heart beat! MR and DJ were both good, but MR kicked azz in this one (in Sin City too). The bike was pretty cool for its time as well. Just thinking about that opening scene where he starts the bike gives me goose bumps! :D

I'll buy GR as well, just because that bike looked cool as well (the chic was hate too). :D

WotW is one I heard was kind of bad, but I look forward to getting it on BR.

Edit: Another really bad one I'd buy would be House Party, good stuff as well! :D

Sign me up for I Am My Own Grandpa as well. But what I've really wanted to see on DVD and now BD (or even HD-DVD) is Hamburger the Movie. The best format it was ever put out on was a Laserdisc in the late 80's. We got Midnight Madness on DVD, but still not this comedic gem. :(

"Coming as a 2-disc release, the DVD will offer up a new anamorphic widescreen transfer of the movie restoring its original 2.35:1 widescreen aspect ratio, combined with a newly remixed 5.1 channel Dolby Digital audio track.
