Hey guys...
I bought a plasma, even though it's only an 42 inch EDTV (I'll buy a new one when bluerays/hd dvd's become more mainstream). Anyway, my question is this. I use the TV out function on my computer a lot. I can use s-video, composite, and there is a free VGA slot. The TV has a VGA in and a HDMI in. Should I buy a long VGA cable, or one that is DVI/HDMI (I would use a dongle to convert my extra VGA to DVI, kind of pointless)...I am using a REALLY long composite solution right now. I Know that the res is going to suck, but any of the divx/xvids I watch, or tv shows from my computer are much lower of a res anyway.

How long is the cable going to be? Have you considered buying a network media player with built-in Wireless-G might not necessarily be a cheaper but definitely more practical solution. Not to mention that network cable is very cheap and can be very long...
