I'm trying to figure out what my CRT might be worth to decide to hang on to it or sell it to offset the costs of some upgrades I just made.
It's a 35" JVC that weighs about a tonne and a half. The model is AV--35BP4 and it's in great shape. I've tried googling, but have only found some place selling it for like $1600 which is absolutely insane.
Is it reasonable to expect $250-300 for it or should I be getting more around $150? Or am I way off?
It's located in central Ohio if that makes any difference.
I'd value any input. Thanks so much!

I would put it up on Craigslist for $300 for a few weeks and see if you get any takers. My boss recently was looking for a regular 36" Tube TV for his elderly mother-in-law and ended up finding a nice Sony trinitron for $400 and she's very happy with it (her old 27 incher was getting very hard to see).
Be ready for the lowballers though, when i was selling my perfect 2-year-old Panasonic 32" HD Tube TV for $700 (that i paid $900 for) i got several emails asking if i'd be willing to sell it for like half. My favorite was one guy who said "I'm on a budget, would you take $300 " and i responded "I'm on a budget too - i'll give it to you for $700". After a few weeks a guy contacted me and just had to have the TV and was willing to pay my price. He'd been looking for this particular model cause it was the only 32" tube TV he'd found in two years that would fit his built-in wall unit. He didn't even try to talk me down - he showed up with cash and two large sons and bought it on the spot. If you have time to wait, you might just reach the right person who wants that kind of TV and is willing to pay for it. Nobody makes a 36" Tube TV anymore and i think yours is actually a presentation monitor and if so, push that fact in your ad.
