Best Buy system shows Shooter with Mark Wahlberg as coming out on 7/31....hopefully this will hold true as the Spider-Man 3 bonus disk did.

The movie wasn't exactly critically acclaimed, but I enjoyed it very much. Good action, good performances all around.

I especially liked the ending ;)

Now, the ONE thing I'm setting myself up for MAJOR disappointment is that Paramount may YET AGAIN fail to provide lossless audio for a release that really deserves it.

I've seen the movie, and I can tell you right now that it will be a visual feast in HD. But audio wise? Well...let's just hope that somebody from Paramount looks at this post before the release gets mediocre audio :D .

I wanted to see this one in theaters. Definite blind buy for me.

I'll blind buy as well. Paramount is providing plenty of content for the Summer.

..the SD Version will be out on June 26th... no word on any high-def versions yet... :(

Audio wise, this should be a good subwoofer movie
