I mean, I'm all for bikini models in HD, but these are like 3rd string models, if you will. Many foregoing the bikini entirely if that makes a difference to you. I'd rather watch a victorias secret commercial than this, myself. its on netflix, fwiw.

I just got this from Netflix. Serious compression artifacts, horrible audio. Not a reference title at all...just kidding!

I agree; most of the girls aren't that great, but a couple make it worthwhile, mainly the "unmodified" ones. Victoria had to be my favorite. My wife wasn't too mad; she's just anti-surgery, and I don't blame her. One close-up had very obvious scars... :eek:

can someone confirm this is actually part of the HDNET's program with the same name?
I don't have HDNET, but the degree of mature content on this BD appears more "advanced" than what's shown on the HDNET website and curiously most of their programs are only available on HD-DVD in their web-store.

Lastly, there were at least a few penthouse pets featured on this disc that makes it a bit more than just "3rd string models" ;)

on the other hand, potential customers should be aware that this feature is 2-ch audio only.

The models in TF are over-stuffed (with scarring, stretching, etc) and nowhere near as hot as the models in the original Bikini Destinations Fantasy (WMV-HD format) and the episodes that were on HDNet. The Penthouse Pets, one or two of which became pornstars, looked the worse for wear. I was disappointed that BDTF did not include the original Fantasy (WMV-HD format)in Blu-ray format. Oh, and one of the 3 discs in TF is not BD at all, it is Lights, Camera, Action! Bottom line: don't waste your money on this.

The wife received the package, she took one look at it and did this: :rolleyes: I think she made some comment about her ordering "Banana Hammocks and Oiled Down Muscles on the Beach", I said please do, maybe it would get her more excited in the sack! :D Given her response I didn't push my luck by throwing BD-TF in the PS3, so my feedback will come another day. It looks like I'm going to have to wait for some Saturday night when we return home after a good night of drinking to get her into this one... :D


On the other hand, I did check out Legends of Jazz on BR... this is a MUST BUY!!! Not only is the music incredible, but the audio and video is top shelf as well (great demo material). It's worth every penny and then some!!!
