I just noticed eProductWars appears to have added another chart to their report. The chart is a nice summary of all categories broken down by day since 4/2006. You can pass the cursor over each block to see the data... pretty nice summary.

They are also now listing top 20 info rather than top 10 info for both formats. :)

Sorry if this old news.

Is anybody else having problems accessing this site since this change was made?

I thought it was locking up on me the first two times I went there. The third time I just let it sit while I took a call, when I was done I noticed it had loaded. Maybe it just takes some time???

I think they should track the stand alone players average sales...

I think this is going to prevent me at least from using this site any more.

While it would be interesting, I'm not sure how much that would tell us since items like the PS3 are so unique, yet certainly have a huge impact. Keep in mind it's software sales that will ultimately determine who wins this war, this is what the studios care about... not so much how many players it takes to make the sales. Attach rates are useful, but I think the PS3 has proven attach rates are not very useful right now.

No doubt they'll have to address this. It just took over a minute for it to load on the somewhat slow connection I'm using right now. :(

their website now has some really buggy or bad code, or is trying to implement a feature that is locking up IE7 and WinXP. They should get on top of this pronto.
