View Full Version : My 6070 - huge area of dead pixels? or something else
WilliamR 05-03-07, 08:39 AM So, I am sitting at home the other night, watching some TV, when all of a sudden there is a large area of pixels that do not look like they are on. Completely black, no color, anything showing. I start thinking, you have got to be kidding me, what happened. This area is like an inch in size. I start to panic, have no idea what I am going to do. Then the large pixel area moves, its on a different area of the screen, just to the left of the original. Okay, that is not good, can it travel. I start to get really worried. I get up, approach the TV and all of a sudden the dead pixel area does not look like a distinctive shape, sort of a weird shape. I get close and find a huge freaking spider on my TV. :D Man, this thing was huge. freaked me out. It was just sitting there (guess it wanted to watch some HD TV or something :) ). Didn't want to squash it against the glass and ruin something so I tried to shoo it to the side and finally blew it to the ground.
Man, at first it really looked like a big circle of dead pixels really weird looking. Thank god it wasn't. And thank god my wife was there to kill it for me. :)

LOL nice. If I saw a spider on my set it would for sure get a gravel stomping until you could not recognize it anymore. Lucky for you the wife was there to help you out  .
I WANT MORE 05-03-07, 09:45 AM My wife would have smashed it against the glass with a shoe.
