If the model number you listed is correct (32FS120) then that is not a Progressive capable TV, its standard definition model (480i max). You can get the best possible picture for dvd playback by changing the PS2's aspect ratio to 16:9 (widescreen) and enable 16:9 Enhanced mode on the TV.
