I have one of these units and need to reset the password on it. It says to refer to the manual which I of corse don't have. If anyone owns this and can help or knows where I can get a manual please let me know.
PS
The websites link to the manual is not working
Thanks for any help.
I have the unit and manual and can't find anything about a password!

Does the banner on the main screen say Aquos instead of Eureka and did it come with a 80 GB hard drive already installed?
If so you have a unit that was specifically modified for Sharp electronics distributors for demonstration purposes. It wasn’t meant for resale. I am guessing you bought it on-line. It’s possible the person you bought from didn’t’ even know. Try entering ‘sharp123’. If that gets you in, I would install the latest firmware.
Good luck.

Recently got this unit LX350HD-N which has password protected, and "sharp123" did do the trick, thanks for the information. Will be testing this nice little unit with my new Mits WD65833 TV.

I just got one of the Aquos ones from CompUSA that is going out of business for $97US. To remove the password hit either the OK and setup or the play and stop at the same time ( don't remember witch ones) when it asks you to enter the password. It will tell you that the password has been reset.
