I just recieved a 4000-PA that I ordered to upgrade from a 3000 I bought 2 years ago.

Much to my dismay, the unit does not play the divx files that played fine on the old unit. Also it seems that the performance of menuing, etc is more sluggish as well.

I had taken the 500 GB drive out of the old unit and put in the new. All my files are .avi and are in the same folder (video) - about 440 files.

Firmware on the unit says 2.1.4a
