Has anyone heard of this? I've got a call into Onkyo for some answers but am trying to find out if anyone else has experienced this.

When changings discs--CDs mostly--it sometimes just hangs and never compleats the change...remote can only turn it off and on but it still hangs...I can open the tray with the hard button and sometimes it works...sometimes not...I've had to cut the power to get it to work a few times...did a factory reset.

Onkyo sez it needs to be serviced...bummer it's literally a week and a half old. I'll probably just retun it to Amazon as defective.
