I am looking for a new (single disc) DVD/CD player. I would like to have HDMI out, 720 upconversion, Balanced outs for CD, multi-channel out for SACD.

Am I missing anything? What else should I be looking for? Am I off base on what I am looking for?

Balanced outs is going to be the hard part, especially at a reasonable price. Try googling for players with balanced outs (my Rotel CD player has them, but I don't know any DVD players with them off the top of my head).
