I've narrowed it down to these 3 TVs. They're all within $100 of each other.

Which one would you choose?

It's going in a 14x14 room, viewing will be about 10 feet away. Watching DVD and SD and HD tv.

The mitsu is 46" 1080p
The P50h401 is 50" 1080i
The 55HDS69 is 55" 768p

I have the P50H401 and I think its a pretty sweet TV (and at a good price). DirecTV comes tomorrow to install the HD-DVR so I guess I"ll find out for sure what's under the hood.

I have the Mitsu LT-46231 and I LOVE it....I have owned maybe 20 tv's in my life and this one blows the others away.....no banding...no clouds....no dead pixels .....just jaw droppingly beautiful HD and very good SD....I have had zero problems...I purchased this set in March....at first I had purchased and LG set...what a mistake...this set blew that one away....so I maybe biased....duh ya think...but buy this one if you can still find it...

I have the Mitsu 231. No problems or issues over the last 5 months since purchase. With a 10' viewing distance the 46" is probably the right size. The smaller the screen , the better the SD/DVD programming will look.
